Favorites
Objective: Create a list / favorite page which users can create custom product lists and favorite product categories
Background: Customers have multiple ways to keep track of inventory (physical & digital) who need an easier way to keep track of supplies because items can get mixed up or forgotten
Benefit: Allows dental professionals to create there favorite product list for there office. Dental offices typically reorder the same products every month

Results. Not yet launched. During user testing dental professionals mentioned “this will be my favorite new way to order and will greatly help when training new staff”
Audience: Dental professionals
Process: Currently the customer will have to go the order history or reorder page to see what they have ordered before to order the correct item again
We believe that creating an opportunity for “Favorites” allows us simplify the ordering process for dental offices nationwide
Conduct 4 remove and in-person user interviews / prototypes with clinical staff presenting potential ideas

Filter view based on preference to improve scannability/readability
Custom filters by product category to help organize product view. Additional listing # amounts of products
1 click add to cart/qty adjustment button to save time ordering in the dental office to quickly add what they need
Provide clarity on if this product was previously ordered to avoid wrong item purchases.
Additional navigation opportunity to launch custom lists
Undo functionality to cancel or update your favorite list
